Disables close buttons for applications preventing users to close them. Provides the capability to set windows always on the topmost via an interactive interface or command line, not visible in system tray. Can set topmost automatically windows with captions containing specific strings. You may use WinTopMost in an interactive way or in command line and parameter it to avoid running it more than once.
